– Direct and coordinate daily operations of the plan
-Review of process parameters for productivity & cost improvement
-Monitor all aspects of Production procedures are followed accordingly.
-Regularly coordinating with maintenance to prevent production bottlenecks and minimize
effectively implementing preventive predictive and corrective maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

-Have Knowledge about Auto Scrap and Auto Spare Parts.
– Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance
– Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
